disappointed but the relieved they listened
**UPDATE: so while i still suggest that one should try the free services at their local library first… the company did at least come back and apologized and is working with me to make things right. But I am sad that I had to write a review for them to listen to me. ** original**I am very disappointed. I provided all the family history documentation and history and then this “researcher” took my $1,300 and said that they were unable to find any recent records in Ireland. I then went to my local library and found lots of information on my own, including living relatives in Ireland. This is a complete scam. I asked for my money back and they said that is not possible because they don’t have to find any information and that can be a relative finding. This is a SCAM.
