Thank you for processing my first time application from the UK. It did take 4 months which was longer than I expected, but I am grateful to all the staff who worked very hard which undoubtedly a huge backlog of applications. Staff on the telephone were so polite, helpful and encouraging- thankfully a real person to talk to. The webchat was fairly easy to get through on, had to wait longer sometimes, but I always got an update, am very grateful, and thank you again. I speak as I find, so well done everyone.
