See their reply….just another kindly worded attempt to coverup their lies and deception. I have already reached out to them multiple times via their customer service link and all I got was the same similar replies. They posted this reply trying to make it appear they wish to help which is a farce. Order placed, written on the email was that it will ship same day by USPS. Track the order and it show in route from China. Last time I checked USPS does not do business in China. Tried to cancel but was informed it was already in transit and left the warehouse. As of today nothing in tracking other than “info received Oct 17. Customer service is a joke and no help, just polite excuses.

I recently purchased three laundry baskets from this vendor (two "Cat Parade" and one "Coastal Harmony"). I ordered them based on website photos and descriptions showing a beautiful, handcrafted look made with quilted fabric and padded handles. What I actually received was something different. It appears the vendor took a picture of the handcrafted item (seen on their website)and sent it off to a factory to have it mass-reproduced. When I emailed customer service to share my disappointment, they offered me several options, discounts off and return of my money in goods worth what I paid etc. I followed up a second time to refuse their offer and point out the product discrepancy again and to reiterate the real issue is I did not receive what they advertised. I would not have ordered these had I known what would actually be sent, and returning them overseas to get my money back is not a reasonable option. I am leaving this review strictly to warn other customers: the laundry baskets as shown on the website is not what you will receive.

This company is a scam! The return has to be shipped to China with you paying the international fees. Instead of returning they offered 30% back to the original payment in 3-5 day but never received it. Now they say it is being forwarded to their team for processing and should be processed 24 hours. Haha. Buyer BEWARE!

Won't give refund. The overall legs are 1 foot wide. Unless you have that wide of an ankle or leg do not order.

The pics online are EXTREMELY MISLEADING. I dont know if they are paying people to give good reviews. Dont buy this. They also are not responding to my request to return.

Scam company. They misrepresent their products and don't ship but say they have.

This product is garbage. The company is a fraud. They’re not in any way affiliated with Texas. BEWARE! Their return policy is ridiculous. They won’t refund all your money yet expect you to pay big money to return it TO CHINA! It took months to arrive. And it’s very poor quality. Don’t fall for the pretty pics on Facebook like I did!!!

Absolute fraudulent advertising. I did not get the $50 bag I ordered. Texted back and forth multiple times. Was offered $15 to keep the bag or return it to China- at my expense. Extremely disappointed. Never order from them.
