The LED Mask arrived quickly and it's really easy to use. It's lightweight, doesn't hurt my nose and I can do other things while I'm wearing it. So convenient. I got a compliment on my skin the after my first use!

Hi Sam, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the refund process. We'd like to clarify that our records show the refund was processed in accordance with our policy. The remaining charge was for the overnight shipping service, which was successfully fulfilled. Although the package was ultimately refused upon delivery, the expedited shipping service had already been completed and the shipping cost was therefore non-refundable. We understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback.

They Know How To Treat Their Customers! I had a chat with a representative before my purchase and an invoice was emailed to me based on our conversation. I appreciated this. The red light therapy helmet took a while to arrive but it wasn't too bad. I am loving the experience so far and am hopeful i will have success.
