Still waiting
I placed my order online and received a confirmation email that my product had shipped. Item didn’t arrive so I reached out to the Company. Turned out my item hadn’t shipped and if I hadn’t reached out likely wouldn’t have as the customer service representative had to check the order and follow up with the team. There should be better controls and follow up on delivery of items. In addition, after the delay rather than expediting the items to me, they’ve been sent through standard ground shipping. Very disappointing.
