Its absolutely horrible. I have 14 hours of work this week, and have only completed 2 lessons. If you get under 60% on the lesson, you fail and have to restart. If you get something wrong, it just tells you that you got it wrong. It doesn't explain anything, it just lets you guess again if you don't know. I hate this app, but they don't care. As long as they make money, they don't care.

I ready doesn't help even Iready pro is still longer than the old one and the principals are making people do 30m of Iready a week and the tests are longer like about 3-4 days of work and the breathing exercises don't even work.

Personally I have been using i-ready for 8 years, ever since kindergarten. This website is one of the worst things that I have ever experienced in my school experience. The at first it was nice but I was like 8 when I felt joy last on this website, ever since I have been waiting for school to end, it’s been 5 years. I would just given up and ended trying by now but I need to get stuff right in order to get into a class that has people that are at the same level of math as me. Genuinely I almost gained depression from this got forsaken website in 6 and 7th grade. Let me say something to your (something I can say) faces, your website doesn’t teach, it tracks and makes kids cry, we need to be explained what we get wrong so that we can improve. Fix your stuff or go 6 feet under. (Btw I miss the games in the diagnostics, why is there the freaky balloon?)

Hi teacher here, as a fifth grade homeroom teacher I don’t think I already is all that amazing sure when it first started out about a year ago for our school it seemed exciting to me and my other teachers because we get to see where our students are at, Nope! We don’t get any insight, and when they fail a lesson, they have to do it again no instruction involved. I try to counter this with actual teaching, but half my day is spent having my students do these I ready assignments that don’t mean anything… I feel more like my students are a metric not my actual students. I’ve had students complain about it and I totally understand and I can’t do anything. It should be banned in all 50 states.

To begin; I-Ready is awful. we all know this, schools keep it because they think we need it to learn But when you pull back the pretty wrapper you see nothing, its not Ligitiment, they split people up using the equivalent of a fancy number generator. Please if your an educator dont trust this. Its a scam it ruins lives.

My teacher makes us do MyPath lessons on iready, 8 week! That is excessive as hell! We only have 10 mins of class to do it, and each lesson takes 30 mins, for me at least. I only get around 1 or 2 lessons a week, so I am failing math now. Thanks Iready. Update it increased to 10.

Thank god i do not have to use this app anymore in 7th grade, used to use this app when i was in 4th-5th grade, and it was terrible. The lessons were boring, it was long as shit for no necessary reason, AND it gave you a long ass speech for getting 1 problem Wrong. The diagnostic was the cherry on top for making this a terrible app, the moment you get a answer correct from a easy question. It suddenly gives you a question from a topic that you never learnt before, if you get it wrong then it goes to a much easier one. Basically a loop. I feel bad to anyone who has to do iready or the diagnostic.

I am a student that has had Straight A's & some B's since I can remember. I struggle with this platform, I use i-Ready Pro. The lessons are not engaging. Math lessons get repetitive quick & use this strategy where you do the same lesson over & over with just different numbers to drill it in your head. The reading lessons are click, click, & click. Don't even need to read. I've cried on the math lessons before solely because they don't even teach you well. You're just forced to memorize it, & the math lessons are 15 minutes long while the reading ones are 5.
