If I could give this company negative stats, I would! My order never arrived, and instead of resolving the issue, customer service gave me the run-around. They initially provided proof of delivery for the wrong address, then later sent what appeared to be an AI-generated image of my letterbox as “evidence” of delivery. Despite repeated attempts to work with them, they refused to provide any practical assistance or take responsibility for the missing order. It has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. There are plenty of other companies offering the same type of product, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend buying from one of them instead.

Brought 2 pairs get 1 free, arrival took awhile. Put the 1st pair on, their so called Tummy support is non existent, I only kept them on whilst I was getting ready for work and all the time I was having to pull them back up they just kept sliding down super frustrating. When I asked for a refund on the two pairs I paid for they said no its part of our final sale so term and conditions say no refund, waste of my money, the packaging looks like it came straight from temu warehouse I should have just saved the extra $100 and got them from temu

Scam. I ordered a pair and received them, yes. And I ordered three more. They used Imile for delivery, which again is a scam because they do anything but deliver goods. I emailed Irazia about this and they pretended to help and are now not responding. Both Imile and Irazia are scams. There's 90 dollars down the drain.

Their customer service is terrible. I waited over a month and my order never arrived. They sent me a proof of delivery themselves instead of from the shipping company, which makes no sense. Then they told me to contact the courier for proper proof before they’ll help, so there goes $60 I’ll never get back.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Totally useless customer service and an even worse courier service! Item showed as delivered and address on package was correct but delivered to wrong location! Courier service has no contact number only a useless AI bot! Irazia customer service demands I follow up with the courier service and courier service bot states I follow up with merchant on missing parcel! I got no help from either and lost $49 stay away from this lying useless waste of time and money website!! Never again!

I never received the items. It took 6 weeks for them to ship them, and they sent the USPS tracking that says delivered. I checked my mailbox and around the house everywhere immediately, and nothing was there. I emailed customer service, but they don't take any responsibility for the undelivered items and kept telling me to check the mailbox even after I wrote in detail I had already checked everywhere, and to get a certificate of loss or non-delivery from USPS. There's no such a thing. I seriouosly doubt if this company actually exists.

They are fraud just want your money.I ordered fleece leggings and they send me faux leather shorts.I ask for return and refund and they send me return policy which says i have to pay for shipping and also 20 % more on return.I mean seriously.Big scam save your money people.

I ordered the leather shorts in a size xs but received a large sent an email and they did respond after a couple of days and offered to send me another pair in the correct size which I thought was great until I waited 3 weeks only to receive a 3xl I reached out again it’s been 2 weeks and still no response
