Really looking forward to this item as some of my co-workers hyped them but I placed my order 9/27/26 and still haven’t received shipping updates as of today 10/11/26. I emailed and they advised the items would not be able to arrive by a work event I purchased them for happening on 10/15/26. The website advertises order preparing to be 1-2 business days and shipping updates to an estimate of 7 days but this seems very unlikely based on my experience. I wonder if most people are experiencing this. I would absolutely like to give them a try at a different time but for this I assign I had to request a refund to use that money to buy an alternative similar item.

Saw the add on Instagram placed an order. Took the money from my Apple Wallet immediately, never sent any thing afterwards not even a confirmation of the order.

I order 6 pair and never received them. Then they say contact the shipping company but don't give you who the shipping company is to track the package. I have a tracking number but no company information. Will not purchase from this business again.

I ordered 2 pair of tights on Sept 2 and have not received them. Sept 21 I was told there was an issue with delivery that the tights were in a nearby warehouse (30 miles away) I assured them by email they in fact had the right address. I followed the tracking and a couple days later they were 3 states away! I emailed them the afternoon of the 26th and they assured they were on their way. Yesterday I emailed asking for an update and they told me they were delivered the morning of the 26th (the same day I emailed in the afternoon and they told me they were on the way) I have a ring camera and assured them I looked at the footage and they indeed had not been delivered. They told me to check with my neighbors...first of all, no one in Florida wants LINED TIGHTS (I bought them for a trip to NYC) 2nd, it is not my responsibility to ensure the product is delivered to me when I have provided the appropriate information. Lesson learned. I disputed the charge to my CC and was refunded instantly. No questions. I really was looking forward to getting these...

I ordered a pair of vanilla (light) and latte (tan) leggings from this company. They arrived 2.5 weeks later. While the inside fleece part is great and would be warm enough for winter, the sizing was off and so was the color. Both pairs were much darker than shown on the website and the ads. They looked weird and unnatural - like an odd combination of dark opaque and slightly sheer. Very disappointing. I'm currently in contact with customer service and, like other reviewers have noted, customer service is doing nothing. They insist I received the right colors and they are trying to get me to exchange for a different color and size. I was asking for a refund. The size can be fixed, but the color cannot since I already ordered the 2 lightest colors and those were way too dark. My advice is don't order from this company unless you're okay with the colors being much darker than advertised, and also be sure to size up one from where you fit on the size chart, because that's not accurate either. Also note that several other reviewers never received the product, so there's that too. Update: Irazia responded to my review and encouraged me to email their customer service to look into the issue. I already had a lengthy email chain with the support email they provided, to no avail. Returning the leggings was going to mean a 20% restocking fee AND I would be responsible for return shipping. I tried multiple times to get them to waive these requirements because this wasn't a situation where I changed my mind about wanting the product. The product was not as advertised and I sent photos of me wearing them compared to the website photos. They would not budge. The other option was keep the leggings and only get a 20% refund. I chose the 20% refund option with the hope that I can sell them to someone else who can fit in that size and likes the color. All this to say, just know that if you buy from this company and there's an issue, you're not going to get a satisfactory response from customer service.

SUCKS. I ordered a christmas gift from them, three pair of tights, the package arrived opened with NOTHING in it. Terrible customer service. Bascially sorry for your loss and Im screwed out of all my money with no gift. Will NEVER do business with this company. Beware

Total scam. I have order and this order was supposed to come in Feb 2026 and we are now in September 2026. Not only there is no order, they dont reply at all anymore and they dont care. I told them to refund me and nothing. Dont order from this scam company

Never buy from them!!! Terrible company to deal with. I definitely won’t be shopping here again. I contacted Irazia within the return period because the skirt arrived labelled a different size and the stockings looked different from the listing. Instead of simply arranging the return, they kept offering exchanges or partial refunds. I confirmed within the timeframe that I wanted to proceed with the refund, then they took so long to respond that when they finally got back to me, they said I was now outside the 30-day return window. So basically, their delay caused me to miss their own deadline, and then they used that against me. The returns process is unnecessarily difficult and the customer service was incredibly frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend them. If anyone wants an oversized skirt, let me know..
