Irada ArtsReviews of iradaarts.com

I purchased Bismillah metal calligraphy and paid 756€. I am extremely disappointed after looking at the product. Extremely overpriced for the work that’s been sold. Gold colour from one side is missing. Had to pay another 245€ to customs as import duty as product actually came from Jordan. There was no information given about this custom duty on their site when I was purchasing it. Very poor service as I tried to contact them through email and phone but no answer. I had to pay 999€ for something that I regret buying. It’s total rip off and would not recommend it to anyone.

Scam. Beware

I filled my order and processed it, but I had questions and emailed 2 separate times and never once got a response. What’s the point of a contact section if you don’t answer.

Product don’t stick on paint. Very hard to install and it’s made out of the cheapest material ever. The price is tooo high for the material used. No install instructions and no tools provided. I bought three wall wording. One gave me hell to put on. The 2nd one it don’t want to stick to the wall it keep coming of with the clear and the letters get damaged. Very bad experience. Don’t recommend it.

Wrong color artwork sent. No reply to numerous emails requesting that the artwork color mentioned in the confirmation email is wrong. Still got the wrong one. Received an email saying that I qualify for a free gift. When I selected an artwork that too missing when my bought artwork arrived. Now I receive an email after so many days saying that I need to buy again for me to get the free artwork. Seriously?!

I was informed about sending the picture of the wall with dimensions so that the Irada arts team would suggest me the best size and thus I would be able to buy the piece I had added to the cart. This was ten days ago and since then I have not heard from them. I am now very sceptical about their delivery promises and have decided to hold my purchase.

Very Bad. No customer service or support what so ever, you guys lied on web site. See my previus review and Email.

I ordered the "Do and No" rules for our prayer room. .when we took it out of the box, first there was no directions. So we proceeded to go on our own. When we tried to take the clear paper out from the white with the letters, so many of them kept sticking back on the white. It was a nightmare getting it out. Once on the wall, we were getting ready to pull the clear sticky paper out and now the same thing, the black decals started to come off the wall with the clear paper. This was very poorly made and definately not worth the huge amount I paid for. Please, if you are selling something that means such good things, then at least try to keep your quality at that level or sell it for much less. From my experience, I will neither buy afain from you nor tell any of my friends to as this was a total waste of money.
