The order took 4 months then I received it missing one item. I’ve emailed repeatedly and nobody replies to my emails. I either want the missing item or a refund please.

I placed an order over 2 months ago but despite numerous emails I have not been notified of the status of my order. All i seem to get is non-stop generic emails into my inbox about offers! Really dissatisfied with Irada Arts.

You don’t send me the right item! Totally different word and material .

I have been trying to contact Irada arts through watsapp and through phone call but no one ever cared to answer me back. Its ridiculously annoying how bad the customer service is. neither I still received my product nor i have any update on the same.

Very bad customer service I will never ever recommend you to any of my friend.... since i order I didn't recived any email regards the shipment
