Very bad service..I bought the product..the day I recieved it..I booked a return because I wanted to buy another product in exchange. No one replies the whatsapp, no one takes the calls..no one replies the mails. I have requested on the voice mail number to call me back. But no one bothers. When no one bothers about the after sales services..the company deserves one star or zero star

The decal was difficult to put on. Aytul Kursi —- so many individual letters —- the glue on the clear plastic was stronger than the glue behind letters —— too too difficult

I'm sorry to hear about this Mariam. This often happen when the wall has been painted within 3 weeks of trying to apply the decals. I can send you a replacement at no cost.

As salaamu alaykum Batoul. I'm sorry that this happened to you. We use the best material from a German producer. This can happen if you try to put the artwork too soon after painting (e.g. within 3 weeks after painting the wall). We can send you a replacement at no cost.

I ordered wall decal over a month ago. The shipment came fairly quick, however, I received a wrong shipment. I requested an exchange and I contacted representatives on more then one occasion. I haven’t received an exchange or a refund. No one has followed up or helped. I really wanted to like this company and I was so excited to have beautiful reminders on my wall but the service has been unreliable and I have been dealt with as an under valued customer with no assistance.
