Irada ArtsReviews of iradaarts.com

Whilst Irada's products are good, they are very expensive, especially the metal art work. Islamic art should be much more affordable. In addition, my order took 6 weeks to arrive, without any communication from Irada during that time. If I had been kept informed I probably wouldn't have minded. My order number didn't even register in my account so I couldn't even check for myself.

The medal artwork was smaller than I anticipated. Also, I think the 2 silver options should each have pictures to differentiate.

STUNNING ART WORK BUT OVERPRICED

Very nice designs but a bit overpriced.

I had purchased metal artwork and extra large size duas for the masjid. Metal artwork is beautiful. Its bit hard to position on the wall but not impossible. However, the translation of one of the two Rabbanas was in question. I requested that "God-fearing" should have been with capital "G" and not lower case. There were few email exchanges. Customer service (Salaam) insisted that they are right and will send us new translation again ONLY if we pay the charges. As a usual American customer, I insisted that the mistake is theirs and why should masjid pay more. Then they stopped discussing the matter. Did not respond to several reminders in the last 6 months. A friend visiting Jordan, tried to contact them at their listed address, but there is no one present at the location. So we are stuck with defective a "art-work" in the masjid with lower case "g" for God.

The product is more expensive. rest is fine.

Not very happy with the price of the items. Rating 3 stars: Average – acceptable experience but with some friction. Title of your review The Art work is made of paper but good quilty. This is over priced for paper. Also would have not put Umar an the Sunni Leaders with The Al Bayt
