Irada ArtsReviews of iradaarts.com

I ordered a the 'Which of Your Lord's Favors Will You Deny? (Tughra) – Decal XL' decal in black and bronze. I was very happy with the the black portion of the decal, but the bronze portion of the decal seems to be a different type of material so it doesn't stick to my wall as well as the black did. Everyday, I have to press on the letters to keep them falling off. I tried contacting Irada, but I have not received a response.

Salamu alaikum Unfortunately, I can only award 2 stars. My order is in the customs, I was not even informed! Taxes must also be paid again, so I am not interested in further purchases from you! Are your products too expensive for all the effort. Best regards Soumaya Amara

The work on the websites looks great. I have sent several requests for custom work. On their website they say they will respond usually between 1-3 business days. I have followed up a handful of times beyond this timeline. And I have not even had a response to tell me they are still working on this, they are not interested or unable to address this. I’m not sure if I can expect anything.

I still haven't received my shipment and I have been asked for a copy of my passport because my name is Usama. I paid 120 pounds roughly and I have barely heard anything about my 2 products that are still yet to come. I will never use Irada Arts again.

Calligraphy is nice but very bad production quality for such a high price. I had very hard time on separating the wall sticker from its base and then to stick it on the wall... And I was just working on the small stickers. How hard it would be for the big ones?

Hmmm I'm still waiting for my order paid express postage, ordered 15 days ago maybe and still haven't go it, apparently thy only make The item once you placed the order and pay for, which is not mentioned, once you pay for an item you expect them to post it to you the next day, but they don't do that they start making it thn, and keep you waiting another 3 weeks or longer so for All tht reason I will score them 2/5
