The IQ score is free. Your free IQ score is available in your account and was also emailed to the address you entered on the registration page following the test. Please check your spam folder, as our emails are sometimes mistakenly filtered. To have that email sent again, hover over "Contact us" in the header at IQTest.com until you see "Lost Score." Click on it and enter your email address. The Complete Intelligence Profile was never offered at no charge, but it is not required in order to receive your free IQ. If you wish to login to your account, you can do so by selecting "My account" from the header of any page at IQTest.com. Enter your email address and the password emailed to you along with your score. If you don't have your password, you can select "Lost your password?" and have it reset. Once logged into your account, you can view your free results, edit your account information, or purchase your Complete Intelligence Profile or the IQTuneUps if you wish. You are under no obligation to purchase anything. If you have questions or concerns, please email me at [email protected].

You have not been charged by IQTest.com. There is no account nor any purchase registered to Thad Poulson at IQTest.com. You have been charged by another website. The easiest way to handle such charges is to call the number on the back of your credit card and tell your bank that you did not approve this charge. The bank can figure out who charged you and get you a refund. IQTest.com does not charge $1.95 for anything. If you had purchased anything from IQTest.com, the charge would have been $19.95 USD. If you have received spam emails, they are not from IQTest.com.

Hi Sarah, There is no record of charges of $2.19 AUD or £15.13 at IQTest.com. There is not charge of any amount registered to Sarah Goodchild. Any product purchased from IQTest.com would result in a charge of $19.95 USD. The charges are not from IQTest.com. Many websites have "iqtest" in their names, but any additional letter, number, dash, underscore, or dot can make a difference. You can see who actually charged you by looking at your credit card statement. A charge from IQTest.com would appear as a charge from Autumn Group/IQTest.com. The easiest way to handle such charges is to call the number on the back of your credit card and explain that you did not authorize the charges. The bank will be able to find out who charged you and give you a refund.
