The IQ score at IQTest.com is free. Your free IQ score is available in your account and was also emailed to the address you entered on the registration page following the test. Please check your spam folder, as our emails are sometimes mistakenly filtered. To have that email sent again, hover over "Contact us" in the header at IQTest.com until you see "Lost Score." Click on it and enter your email address. The Complete Intelligence Profile was never offered at no charge, but it is not required in order to receive your free IQ. If you wish to login to your account, you can do so by selecting "My account" from the header of any page at IQTest.com. Enter your email address and the password emailed to you along with your score. If you don't have your password, you can select "Lost your password?" and have it reset. Once logged into your account, you can view your free results, edit your account information, or purchase your Complete Intelligence Profile or the IQTuneUps if you wish. We at IQTest.com are aware that there are some unscrupulous websites who are taking unauthorized payments from users and then misdirecting those who seek to unsubscribe and/or get a refund to IQTest.com. YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED BY IQTEST.COM. You do not have a subscription to IQTest.com. IQTest.com does not offer subscriptions, recurring charges, or free trials. Our test is free. You have been charged by another website. Many websites have "iqtest" in their names, but any additional letter, word, number, dash, underscore, or slash makes it a different website. The easiest way to handle unauthorized charges is to call your credit card or other payment method and explain that you did not authorize the charges. The credit card / bank / other payment method can see who charged you and give you a refund, even if you're not sure which website charged you. Ask for a chargeback.

Hi Kurt, YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED BY IQTEST.COM. There is no account at IQTest.com registered to your email address or to Kurtis Knoke. You do not have a subscription to IQTest.com. You have not taken a test at IQTest.com. You have been charged by another website. Many websites have "iqtest" in their names, but any additional letter, word, number, dash, underscore, or slash makes it a different website. You can see who actually charged you by looking at your credit card or other statement. A charge from IQTest.com would appear as a charge from Autumn Group/IQTest.com. The easiest way to handle such charges is to call the number on the back of your credit card and explain that you did not authorize the fraudulent charges. Hi Jade, YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED BY IQTEST.COM. IQTest.com has not tried to draw funds from your account. There is no account at IQTest.com registered to Jade Nale. We are aware of the scam websites that are taking unauthorized payments from users’ accounts, but IQTest.com is not doing that. You have been charged by another website. Many websites have "iqtest" in their names, but any additional letter, word, number, dash, underscore, or slash makes it a different website. You can see who actually charged you by looking at your bank statement. A charge from IQTest.com would appear as a charge from Autumn Group/IQTest.com. It’s good that you contacted your bank. The bank can see who charged you or tried to charge you and can give you a refund if any charges were successful, even if you're not sure which website charged you. Ask for a chargeback.
