Hi Jade, YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED BY IQTEST.COM. IQTest.com has not tried to draw funds from your account. There is no account at IQTest.com registered to Jade Nale. We are aware of the scam websites that are taking unauthorized payments from users’ accounts, but IQTest.com is not doing that. You have been charged by another website. Many websites have "iqtest" in their names, but any additional letter, word, number, dash, underscore, or slash makes it a different website. You can see who actually charged you by looking at your bank statement. A charge from IQTest.com would appear as a charge from Autumn Group/IQTest.com. It’s good that you contacted your bank. The bank can see who charged you or tried to charge you and can give you a refund if any charges were successful, even if you're not sure which website charged you. Ask for a chargeback. I’m glad that you were able to get a refund, but IQTest.com never charged you and never refunded you. YOU WERE NOT CHARGED BY IQTEST.COM. IQTest.com has no affiliation or connection of any kind with iqbooster.com or any of their associated websites, including WWIQTest.com, IQBooster.org, QuickIQ.org, WWPersonalityTest.com, 16persons.com, IQPro.ai. We are aware that some websites are taking unauthorized payments from users but IQTest.com is not doing that. If you contact your credit card or your bank, you should be able to get a refund for the $9.99 charge by explaining that you did not authorize that charge. Ask for a chargeback.

Any product you may purchase from IQTest.com will cost $19.95. Many websites have "iqtest" in their names, but any additional letter, number, dash, underscore, or dot can make a difference. You can see who actually charged you by looking at your credit card statement. A charge from IQTest.com would appear as a charge from Autumn Group/IQTest.com. The easiest way to handle such charges is to call the number on the back of your credit card and explain that you did not authorize the charges. The credit card / bank can see who charged you and give you a refund, even if you're not sure which website charged you. Please report this fraud to your credit card / bank.
