We also offer an optional Complete Intelligence Profile, a breakdown of the general IQ into 13 individually scored categories of intelligence. This Profile is available for purchase at IQTest.com, but is not required in order to receive the free IQ.

Free IQ Test (not)
Advertised as a free test but when you get to the end of the test, they as for $15 to access the result. Appalling piece of mis-advertising. Don't waste your time doing it.

Click on it and enter your email address. If you wish to login to your account, you can do so by selecting "My account" from the header of any page at IQTest.com. Enter your email address and the password emailed to you along with your score. If you don't have your password, you can select "Lost your password?" and have it reset. Once logged into your account, you can view your test results, edit your account information, or purchase your Complete Intelligence Profile or the IQTuneUps if you wish.

Ignore all the reviews complaining that…
Ignore all the reviews complaining that you don't get your results unless you pay for them. Those reviews aren't true. You do get your results for free, you just have to pay for a more comprehensive breakdown of how you scored in each category, this is no different than any other IQ test out there. There's no false advertising here, the website doesn't tell you they will give you a complete breakdown, they just state the results are free. And people shouldn't be put off by $15. Get a job.

Pretty good a bit of an ego boost and…
Pretty good a bit of an ego boost and rather short but it was a fun little bit of simple logical maths. Overall fun however I am not as smart as the test suggests.

I did not pay for my results and…
I did not pay for my results and received it via email. It was lots of fun. I scored 133. I guess all the people giving bad reviews here didn't have the IQ to know how to receive their free results. Just saying. Hahaha!!!

waste of time
Literally made me waste 20 minutes in order to have to pay to find out my IQ. I'm sure they do a stellar job of figuring it out, but they should be upfront about the fact that your IQ won't be revealed until after I pay and only after I go through a 20 minute test.

Comprehensive, But Perhaps Inaccurate
I did (and paid for) this test out of pure curiosity. And I supposedly got a score of 145, scoring higher than "99.97%" of the participants in multiple areas. However, I am no genius. And due to the test being (relatively) short, I'm not convinced they have the granularity to quote my performance so accurately. So I would question the accuracy of the results, I think they may over-estimate your results so that you're goaded into paying for the results and getting a short ego-boost. (But this is all an assumption). It is a relatively comprehensive free test compared to others out there. I would just treat it as a bit of fun and probably not pay for the results or put the results on your CV or anything.

Our test is one of the few online tests that was designed and normed by a group of psychologists who were tasked with creating a test that was fun, valid, and reliable and could be taken online. If you decide to take a "real" IQ test, please let us know how that score compare to the score you got on our test. Many users have told us that their score on the test at IQTest.com was only a few points away from the score they got on the Stanford-Binet, the Wechsler, or another test generally accepted as "professional."
