Our phone reservation was quick and easy. I think I got a good price. It would have been quicker and easier if the rep I spoke with had a better command of the English language. I also do not like giving my credit card number over the phone. This method of securing a flight will probably never be used by me again.

The overall experience was good, we just couldn't find any later departure times and I didn't really want to commit to $100 baggage fee when I knew that I wouldn't be bringing anymore than maybe 5lbs. with me. The overall experience was good and I would recommend you all to my friends and family

4 stars rather then 5 because although the call agent was friendly, professional and willing to work with me, the process was slow. It probably took twice as long to book a flight here than others, but the price was worth it.
