David, the salesperson who helped me out, was very helpful and always responded to my questions very respectfully, which I really appreciated. The only reason I did not give you five stars is that I am not sure that this was the fastest way for me to get my tickets. We did this over a chat window and I spent probably three hours with David....not sure it was the best use of his time either. Probably would have been best if I could have communicated my desired dates and details by email and then talked with him after....is there a way to set it up so that not so much time is spent working on finding the tickets in real time? Anyway, he was great, and we got our tickets and I am happy! Thank you David for your excellent help.

Everything was great! The only complaint i have is that the person that was helping us over the phone had a severe accent. She was nice but it was very hard to understand what she was saying.
