We had a hiccup width the delivery but once I called and the issue was discovered, a new unit was sent out right away. We received the unit, plugged it in and once our AC guy got the programming done for us, the controller works like a charm. Everyone was very apologetic about the delivery issue and went out of their way to make things right. Thank you!
