Ordered a part, paid for overnight shipping. Did not receive my order. Later was told there was a warehouse delay and it would be two additional days. They came and went, still no part. It has been 9 days and the sales support has yet to provide an update beyond "we will reach out once we have figured out the problem". I am beyond dissatisfied and the lack of actual information has gotten to the point I can't help but feel like this place is a scam.

BEWARE, based on our experience you probably won't receive your order! One of the WORST companies in the industrial automation space! We purchased a new surplus factory package PLC and paid for NDA shipping. They then contacted us to say that there was a "slight delay" at the warehouse and it couldn't ship for 1-2 days. Why a new item would be subject to a delay doesn't make any sense. That was on 9/24. Four days later on 9/28, we followed up with them. We finally received an email after hours saying the "item in stock is defective" and that they had cancelled our order. I believe it's clear they never had it in stock and that they are a company that lists items they do not have in stock in the hope of buying them on ebay or from other sellers once they get the order.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!! PRODUCT IS NOT NEW AND IS DAMAGED! This company advertises providing new, overstock items but the product they provide arrives in a damaged box that has clearly compromised the item. After they assure that the product is new and will work, once you open the box to discover it has been damaged, they change their message to the item cannot be returned due to you opening the box to confirm whether the product was damaged, which they said it was not. COMPANY TAKES MULTIPLE DAYS TO SHIP! While their website reflects items ship in 24 hours, it took them more than 72 hours to ship. DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING! Paying for expedited shipping results in them shipping via their regular method, which they advertise as free, resulting in the product arriving much later than promised, leaving me to assume they pocketed the expedited shipping cost. For my order I paid for 2-Day shipping but the product took over 4 days to arrive. While it seems like simple math that I should expect the item to arrive 3 days after I ordered (1 day to send out plus 2 days shipping), they seem to think 2 plus 1 equals 7 which is the number of days between my order and the item arriving. STICK WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AS YOU WILL LIKELY BE DISAPPOINTED AND OUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!

Worst company I have ever done business with. I paid for overnight shipping, yet more than 10 days later my order still has not shipped. Customer service has repeatedly told me the order has been shipped, but the UPS tracking number they provided clearly shows that only a shipping label was created—the package has never been picked up by UPS. Paying extra for overnight shipping and then being given misleading information is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Reply/Edit To respond to your Reply, to show that you are not accurate. Here is the email from your own company: I wanted to give you an update on your order and sincerely apologize for the delay. "We investigated the issue and found out that the item we initially had in stock turned out to be defective. Since we maintain strict quality standards, we couldn't ship it to you. We immediately ordered a replacement from our supplier, but they unfortunately delayed the shipment. There was also a slight misunderstanding internally where a team member considered shipping the original item but ultimately decided against it to ensure you receive perfect quality. The good news is that we have just received the new batch. To make things right, we will ship your order via express delivery entirely at our expense. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. I will send you the tracking number as soon as it's dispatched."

Based on their website listing, I believed I was purchasing a genuine Hayward w3t-cell-15 40,000 salt generator. Their website showed the cell with Hayward branding and model number. After paying, I was sent a receipt showing a picture of the genuine Hayward cell and model number along with my payment information. When the item arrived what I received was a generic/knock off cell with zero Hayward markings. I sent iqelectro a email within one hour of receiving the item, describing the problem and requested to return the item and a return shipping label. As of this review, I have not received any response to that email. What I did get were two separate emails from them asking me to review my Hayward w3t-cell-15 that I had received. I have since opened a dispute with Paypal and Chase Visa.

when inquired about an item availability, price for the item was $1054. The very ext day when it came to place an order price suddenly changed to $2254 and Vlad, the sales manager offered 5% discount refusing to honor the price that was on the website less than 24hrs ago. Pure rip off attempt. Stay away.

I ordered the part on Friday, January 30 paid for expedite shipping package was supposed to arrive on Monday, February 2 no package arrived. I called them Tuesday morning. They apologized and said that I would be receiving an email with my tracking number within five minutes and then I should receive the package on Tuesday Tuesday. No package called the company back they apologized and told me the exact same thing they told me Monday that I would receive it on Wednesday. On Wednesday the fourth no package I emailed them. I got the same response back on an email that I was getting on phone conversations. Here we are Thursday the fifth still no package. I called them. The lady told me that UPS had it and then I would be receiving an email within the next two hours with the contract confirmation number and tracking number and then I would receive the package tomorrow. I can honestly feel at this point that they are truly not a good reliable company if it was gonna take longer than a couple days, they should’ve just told me upfront completely disappointed.
