Nightmare, do not use them

Sajten fungerar inte. Enkäter kommer på mail och man fyller i dem, men får sällan betalt. Har mailat supporten åtskilliga ggr men de löser inte ens problem. De sa åt mig att skriva ner ID på enkäterna jag fyller i och maila dem i efterhand, men att göra det skulle ju kosta mycket tid i slutändan och inte värt det. Dessutom är betalningen riktigt, riktigt usel. Jag fick €5 efter flera veckors försök med enkäter. Jag har avslutat mitt konto.

These people cold called on my 88 year old father who has dementia without prior arrangement .I arrived purely by chance and found this rep with a spread sheet of contacts he was calling on that day,sat on my dads sofa confusing him with questions. This method of canvassing was frowned upon and stopped legally many years ago. Ipos you should be ashamed of your ethics and this matter is will not finish here.

At first, it was nice answering the surveys but now, absolutely not. Most of the time, you spend 15 minutes answering to be told that you are not eligible for the survey. No points, nothing. Waste of time!

Never had any surveys. I think this is all a scam to collect personal data.

I ran out of ipsos iSay surveys in about a week after obtaining 460 points and haven’t been offered another for weeks now (need 500pts to earn a $5 gift card). I completed or attempted over 50 surveys and the last 6 were redirected without earning any points. When I emailed customer service they responded by deactivating my account. This is just a scam to collect your personal info to sell to 3rd parties.

99% des invitations aux enquêtes n'aboutissent pas. Je reçois des mails d'invitations avec un lien et lorsque j'accède à l'enquête le message est : pas d'enquête disponible. Conclusion : isay fonctionnait bien autrefois maintenant c'est une catastrophe. Les mails d'invitations ressemblent à du spam.
