I just spent about 20 minutes answering about a dozen questions...and then it comes up that I do not qualify for this survey. This seems to happen on a lot of their surveys. They are basically collecting loads of data without actually giving you the points you are entitled to. A complete rip-off!

This is 're. The welovemedia ipsos app.I am concerned as have had app installed for roughly 4months after being invited via another survey. 10-15 weeks I was told and then reward would be due on completion. I've emailed twice now. No response from 1st email. So staring reading reviews and now am worried I'm not going to get any rewards despite giving access to my phone for weeks now. Not to mention the having to turn phone on and off numerous times daily. Will wait for response from email tonight till I write this off as beimg totally used. So have been told to email the exact address that I've already emailed twice with exact same query...... So 3rd time lucky maybe? So had a response saying it will be looked into and I'd be given an answer in a few days....I haven't. I've emailed direct to them but no answer still from 19th feb. So I'd say to anyone else keep the initial emails offering rewards for putting the app onto your phone. As i didnt so have no proof that I didn't just decide to do it myself... but if it's an invite only info gathering app then how did i hear about it and or want to have it?? There are many good survey panels and apps to earn rewards so I've not been put off. Just peed off with this one!!

I got a cold caller on my doorstep asked if I would take part in a survey about how I travel. Was told I would receive a 25pound voucher for my trouble. Had to carry around GPS for 2 weeks, and fill a form in every day. Did that last picked up GPS and she gave me a love to shop voucher. Went to shop there is no money on it. Complete con. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Signed up to try and understand what this was about and what it offered but of course the reward system was not worth the time commitment. I have tried to unsubscribe but yet the emails keep coming every hour.... Thanks Ipsos

My advice to any company considering using Ipsos for marketing research is don’t. The surveys are full of technical glitches and errors. The surveys often crash which means that they cannot be completed and no points are obtained for the user. My worst experience was with Ipsos media cell who wasted my time for two weeks constantly asking me to reset the app even though it was running and then refused to give me the voucher reward because they claimed they did not have enough data. This was their fault because the app simply did not work. When I complained they ignored me.

après des mois d'enquêtes j'ai pris les cartes virtuelles , car pas de choix, 4 cartes de 25 eur , Non cumulables pour un achat et comme sites des chinois en grande partie , et sephora , mais rien à 25 eur avec port puisque l'on ne peut même pas acheter en magasin c'est du grand n'importe quoi ipsos est devenu lamentable quant aux enquêtes idem !!

I installed their app on my phone as a part of one survey. They promised good points based on how long I keep the app. It's been 4 months , I should have received over 1000 Aeroplane points, but nothing happened. I emailed them - no reply. I tried to call them through the app - their phone is 12345678. 0 trust! Removing the app. Dont believe this company.
