I hope everyone spreads this information and that it is reported to the anti-fraud authorities They collect your information without any confidentiality agreement as you voluntarily do that.. they collect your address and birthday and name and job details.. They do this in different surveys so you will not feel it... I will not be surprised if they suddenly looted many people by this way

Waste of time .... they promised a €20 amazon voucher for undertaking research on a water meter then claimed they had no record of asking me to do so ....

I completed a study for them 2 months ago. I followed all instructions provided and double checked everything before submitting. After waiting 2 months for an unreceived payment, they finally got back to me and said that I did not record the answers in the diary. TOTAL SCAM. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID.

I recently signed up for a online language 2 part market research with Babbel Lab which took place on the 1st October. I was told I would get a £20 voucher if I was only eligible for the first part of the survey and £50 if I was eligible for both. I was only eligible for the first so I was put in a seperate chat on Teams and told to leave my unique number in the chat and I wouldn't be required further but would still receive a £20 voucher for taking the time to attend the first part. I was told I would receive this in 10 business days. Here we are now on the 13th November and countless messages to customer services with many going ignored. i just received a reply which stated; Hi, We get back to you after checking with the project team that this project has meanwhile ended; All the eligible respondents already received the rewards; so if you were eligible too, you should have already received yours, as well. Clearly not seeing as though I am writing to you to ask where my reward is. Really poor customer service if you are trying to chase up a reward you never received and they often make out that you are lying.

Twice in a row now I've completed studies for which I was supposed to be given a £15/20 Amazon voucher and they've not given it to me! I've also had surveys I've completed not give me the points I should've been given. Their customer service is dreadful and if you ask for points or vouchers you should've been given they just accuse you of not actually completing the survey even if you have, and just generally fob you off. That's even if you get a reply! I see I'm not the only one here who's not been given their rewards. They must be making a killing on all this free data they're not paying us for!

I joined Ipsos isay after seeing it recommended on various sites as a way to make extra money. I've done two live video session product tests for them where I was promised £15 voucher for one and a £20 voucher for the other. Using up 3 evenings to participate. Apparently we were supposed to get the voucher within 7 days of the live session. Have they arrived? No. Really deceitful company. They want you to basically work for free. I will be reporting to trading standards and whoever else I can. Do not fall for their lies.

Quelle arnaque.

So, I joined Ipsos thinking I might be contributing to interesting reviews, but the reality is they invite me for surveys that aren't available. Badly run waste of time.
