Ipsos is about as useful as a Sumo wrestler in a corp de ballet. I have a problem which I have emailed them about on three occasions over the last fortnight, but not only have they not helped, but they haven`t even replied to any of them. Their surveys have gone downhill as have the frequency and as I have mentioned, their customer service department probably doesn`t even exist. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!

I have been completing surveys for Ipsos for a few years now. It was great to start with - not huge amounts of money to be earned, but easy to use and quite rewarding. Both the website and the phone app have been getting progressively less user friendly and misleading (ie implying that there are surveys for you only to say they're not available). Today, the final straw - I spent ages completing a coffee survey only to be told that it had 'filled up'. So they take my information and then bomb me out!

5 appels en deux jours. Je raccroche chaque fois. La sixième fois, la personne qui appelle au nom d'Ipsos admet qu'il travaille pour Ipsos Gand, et qu'il n'est pas tenu par la liste "ne m'appelez pas" car Ipsos ne fait pas d'offres commerciales. Il a enregistré ma demande de ne plus m'appeler.

If the survey works, they are OK. When the survey does not work (which is many times), they are complete garbage and a waste of time, and support is practically useless.

This company as got to be the worst they will pester you to death by phone or post should be called ipsos morons

Absolutely shocking survey site! Do not recommend! I have been a keen user of surveys for years at this site and randomly received an email last week stating the termination of my membership! I can only assume that due to ill health, I hadn’t been able to do them as often (instead a few times a week rather than every day). I emailed asking why my membership had been terminated and if it was due to irregular using, I had genuine reasons. The lack of customer service is clear, rudely stating that they did not have to provide me with an explanation and stating in the last email that: “according to our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when you joined our panel: A termination of your Panel membership by IIS for fraudulent use or behavior, or serious breach of these Terms and Conditions, the privacy policy or survey rules, may result in the immediate forfeiture of all rewards or points that have been accrued in relation with such use, behavior or breach (including those points or other rewards held in “Pending” status, as the case may be”. Absolutely disgusting that they would use the words “fraudulent behaviour” when I have never done such a thing. To be honest I wouldn’t waste your time joining the site. I’ve now lost 450 points that I had worked hard for as I can’t use them on anything (needing a minimum 490 points). STAY AWAY would be my advice!

Took part in 2 separate COVID test surveys. Promised a £20 Amazon voucher…. Nothing. Utter garbage.

Used to be reasonable, but recently the algorithm has changed so get asked to the same out of date surveys so waste of time trying to do any surveys.
