This firm is to be avoided. They recently called me and failed to say why they called and where they got my number from. Utterly incomprehensible why any decent client firm would use these scam artists.

Used to be great, I agree with other reviewers. When the surveys work, the rewards are still fine. Three times during the last month alone, I completed a survey and the message at the end said that I had completed it. I am taking screen shots for every survey since the first time this happened. Despite e-mailing the screen shots, Ipsos still insists for each of the occasions that I did not complete the survey...contacting the customer service team seems a complete waste of time. I also keep getting the same survey asking me endless questions before telling me that I am not a good fit and then redirecting me to another survey. Thankfully I have learned quickly to just close this survey and not bother wasting my time.

Would not leave me alone coming around on a Sunday phoning me up after I told them to leave me along.

Ich wurde bei der LIVE-Befragung am Telefon automatisch abgelehnt. Da ich nicht der richtige Person zur Umfrage war. Es sah für mich aus wie ein Betrug, da mein Smartphone und Antivier-Programm als SPAM-Verdacht gesehen haben. Also erst überlegen und dann beantworten. Beste Grüße

Terrible company deactivated my account for no apparent reason

Medarbejder ringede fra en telefon som havde ekstremt dårlig forbindelse. Andet opkald fra en person der ikke vidste formålet med markedsundersøgelsen eller hvem der havde initieret den. Oplevelsen var at spørgeren ikke vidste hvad der blev spurgt om og ikke kunne stille spørgsmålet uden hjælp. Ipsos skal introducere spørgeren i hvad der bliver spurgt om.

sondaggi lunghissimi e alla fine viene fuori il messaggio "il tuo profilo non era in linea" ecc. e vengono attribuiti solo 5 punti!!!

Tried to access this site with password supplied in survey letter, No Go. Will only accept 3 digits per box, not 4 as supplied in the letter, and not easy to contact. Waste of time. Binned the letter.
