IpsosReviews of ipsos.com

Rang me up out of the blue, claiming to be from Motability. When the first question they asked could not be answered as the options she gave did not apply, despite my explanation, she just hung up on me. Bloody rude considering she rang me !! Don't talk to these people. Time wasters.

I dont want to do your survey leave me alone

Pessima. Dopo averti fatto perdere tempo a compilare, ti viene detto che il questionario non è adatto al tuo profilo. Pochissimi i questionari validi. Non vale la pena perdere tempo e fornire i dsti per pochi spiccioli all’anno.

Absolutely appalling customer service, impossible to get a response or a resolution. Do not use this app or website. It is all great when it works and you will earn 'moneybox when you have an issue do not expect it to be resolved. Never experienced anything as awful.

I had 1000 pts so ordered a John Lewis £10 voucher. This was in December 2021. The voucher no. will not work. I have tried on my MacBook my Husband tried on his Apple tablet. Nope doesn't work. I have e.mailed Ipsos several times. They do reply, but want screen shots. This I do, and they still won't accept there is a problem. I am not the only one either. Another time I had enough points for a £5 Tesco voucher. I applied and it came through straight away. I am still battling with them, and have asked for 1000 to be credited to my account, so I can then get a Tesco voucher, which HOPEFULLY will work. This has been going on for nearly 3 months and I am getting really fed up. I will NOT however give up. Please be aware you might have problems also.

GROSSE ARNAQUE PAIEMENT MASTERCARD VIRTUEL IL VOUS ENVOIE UN LIEN QUI NE FONCTIONNE PAS POUR LES PAIEMENTS DU TEMPS PASSER POUR RIEN JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS

Absolutely terrible company. They get you to spend a long time doing surveys only to be screened out near the end. They are getting people to give their data and not giving the promised reward. After nearly a year of earning nothing, I will be deleting my account. There are plenty of other sites who do actually pay people for their valuable time.
