IpsosReviews of ipsos.com

The worst company I have ever worked with! SCAM ! they are using people to give their opinion but arent willing to pay for it. Over a month ago in wasted 3 hours to do for them live study. They promised £50 reward virtual card. I didnt get anything. I sent few emails and called them and all I heard was that I have to wait and they will get back to me. They are liars and users. One of their workers called Jacek is one of their workers that just give people big lie. Shame on them. I will never recommend them to anybody and will make sure to give them bad opinion everywhere possible.

Starting was good and I like this platform alot but they cancelled my account without any notice I have 3000 points in it worth £30 this is very unfair very disappointed.

Ipos Isay used to be the go to survey site, I could easily earn £5 per month without really trying, now, since their update it is rubbish. You enter the surveys home page and there is a list of surveys, after harvesting lots of information they close the survey with sometimes a token 3 points, worth approximately 3p, mostly you do not qualify, My profile is 100% so I would suggest not bothering. Customer services are slow and really do not care...

Don’t pay out rewards for live studies or focus groups. Been a week and not received anything and customer services keep telling me I’ve contacted the incorrect team and don’t give me the details to correct department/ ignore me for days. Been offered another live survey with the potential of a focus group and very apprehensive of it when I haven’t even received my first reward from over a week ago

Spend ages completing a long boring survey only to be told its 'not a good match' and only earn 9 points! So they don't like the answers you give and ypu don't get full points??? My time is worth more than that! What a swizz!

Company of deception makes you complete surveys and after asking you several questions when you are about to conclude they do not credit you the balance, they are not trustworthy, I recommend not to do their surveys among all and learn to respect people.

Watch out for Ipsos. They like to close the accounts of people who have a lot of points and are close to claiming the prize. When you write to them, they claim that the rules have been violated and misbehaved, when you request details, when and what you did, they send a message that they can close the account without giving any reason. KEEP YOURSELF AWAY FROM THEM!
