IpsosReviews of ipsos.com

Received a letter about an ipsos survey. Links did not work, even the opt out link. The survey was about the DWP would have liked to provide an honest account of my frustrations at dealing with this inept uncaring department but will not now be able to. Looks like they hired an inept organisation to conduct their surveys perhaps they do not care.

Et af mange "firmaer", der lokker med lettjente penge. Det eneste de har spurgt mig om er er oplysninger om MIG. Har absolut ikke tjent noget, men spildt en masse tid.

Going back through all the surveys I have done over the last few months the bulk of them are 3 points awarded. Like other people I have often done lengthy surveys only to have them stop half way through and it says 'not suitable'

Another frustrating experience with Ipsos! I have just completed a long survey and my final questions were "for classification purposes". Selected my answers then survey said I wasn't a good match and gave me 3 points!!! This is the second time this has happened to me in the past week. Ipsos wasn't always like this but seem rather dodgy now as they want your time but are not willing to reward you with the points advertised for completing lengthy surveys. Emailing customer services about this sort of thing is a waste of time. Also I'm emailed about new surveys every day and when I select the link, more often than not I get the "this survey is not available" message. I've never had problems receiving ordered gift vouchers but this latest experience has finally put me off Ipsos!

This company are completely farcical! They return every survey with silly made up reasons, completely contradicting their own shopper guidelines document briefing notes. They manipulate the results by not accepting the survey until you've put exactly what they want even if it's not what happened. I had to ask them twice on two separate surveys why were they asking me to fabricate the responses? They didn't submit my pay and sent an apology email. Can't even get the payroll right. They also refused to pay me on a survey because I'd told them previously on another survey I wasn't going to make things up for them, so obviously sour grapes. The reason for not paying completely contradicted their guidelines. Keep the fiver Dawid, you're obviously more hard up for it than I am!! Absolute joke 😂 If you are a company paying for these surveys I'd be very very sceptical about the results you are receiving

The customer support and technical issues are pathetic. They give generic answers to your issues without properly reading your emails. I’ve been waiting weeks for solutions to more than one issue and have never had such problems with a survey site than I have with IPSOS.

One of the weirdest survey sites. Maybe six or seven surveys a day. And then you may only qualify for one or two. Your account will be terminated whenever the feel like it. Forget about points you have already accumulated. There are better survey sites out there who are legitimate.

Ich bin total unzufrieden.Standig am Ende von Umfragen heißt es, Sie sind nicht geeignet für die Umfrage, man fliegt raus ohne Punkte.Frechheit für teilweise 20min.Investierte Zeit!!! Ändert euch Ipsos..
