Ho provato ipsos anche su diversi account di parenti e familiari. L'azienda è seria, ossia i premi vengono consegnati in breve tempo ma è solo per chi si accontenta di ottenere piccoli buoni amazon da 2 euro poichè ti inviano anche sondaggi di 20-30 minuti con 75-100-150 punti ma il più delle volte risulta nessun sondaggio o risulta non idonei a quel tipo di intervista. Non si capisce il perchè mandino mail chiedendo di partecipare se poi non sono disponibili quasi mai nel profilo. Erogano 5 euro circa al mese.

I've been doing these surveys for about a decade and Ipsos are getting dishonest and breaking the Market Research Society (MRS) Code of Conduct. I've reported every instance and they've not just failed to change their behaviour, they've escalated it. Increasingly, after asking detailed questions about your experience of certain products for ~5 minutes, they then screen you out by either claiming that they already have sufficient similar respondants and giving you a token number of points, or simply saying you've completed the survey (missing the standard survey quality questions at the end) and not giving the points they said you'd earn. -- No repy option, so response to Luke's response - This is about ethics more than how I value my time. These are not pre-qualifying/screening questions. As I said, they are detailed questions about my experience of specific products.

Fand es eigentlich hier immer ganz gut. Zwar waren die Umfragen meist eintönig und langweilig und das Geld gibt's auch nur in Gutscheinen, aber die Amazongutscheine wurden immer direkt versendet und es kamen viele Umfragen. Dann wurde mein Konto aber einfach gesperrt da ich angeblich nicht mehr reinpassen würde und für die Kunden uninteressant bin. Schade eigentlich sonst hätte ich wohl 3-4 Sterne gegeben.

Je réponds aux enquêtes depuis un moment et depuis 2 ou 3 semaines je n'accéde à aucune enquête, il m'est impossible de les contacter et ce depuis n'importe quelle support, téléphone, tablette, pc. Je trouve que cela devient pénible.

Je fais partie du panel depuis de nombreuses années, je constate cependant que depuis un an ou deux il est devenu impossible d'accéder aux enquêtes, nous sommes redirigés sur des messages tels que: il semble qu'un nombre suffisant de participants soit déjà enregistré, cette enquête n'est pas disponible, votre navigateur n'est pas à jour etc etc... Beaucoup de temps perdu. Si par malchance un de leur mail arrive dans les spams, vous êtes automatiquement désinscrit et ne comptez pas récupérer vos points, ils sont perdus... Cela était bien plus sérieux avant hélas !!!

Participated in a panel titled "Beauty Bag Connection," but they have only given out partial payment for my participation. Users were supposed to be rewarded $10/week for participating (for three weeks) if all activities were completed, which I did. There were also two shopping missions for $50 each (which I did get paid for). The panel was supposed to last three weeks. Two months after the panel ended, I received an email with two NEW activities and another email stating I would actually get $75 for completing all the activities. I went ahead and completed the two new activities, even though the panel was supposed to be closed. At that point, I had not been paid at all yet, so I sent them an email asking for clarification about what payment I would receive ($30 or $75 for completion, for a total of $130 or $175, depending on which email was correct), and when I would receive it. I got an email back saying they would payout 1-2 weeks after the study closed. They never clarified what I would be paid. I still have all my emails from them, all my screenshots, and all the emails I sent to them. It's been almost four months, and I still have not received my full payment. They have not replied to my emails in over a month. There's an on-going complaint about this study on Reddit (Swagbucks), so I'm not the only one who hasn't gotten paid in full. Some people have not been paid at all.

List many surveys however for some reason I am told on the majority of them that I do not qualify. Takes forever to earn points to make money then takes weeks for the money to actually be deposited in my PayPal account.

Je trouve que pour passer tant de temps sur un sondage, les récompenses sont vraiment minimes, et ça démotive!!
