I was a member of Ipsos for several years and generally speaking enjoyed the experience. The rewards were quick and the surveys put together pretty well. But I had a tech problem and Darin was useless. I went back and forth with him 20 times and he kept going in circles. I sent him photos of what was happening and he ignored those to jerk me around. After being unable to take a survey for about a month I finally deleted my account. Darin didn't perform to the standards I have grown to expect from that site and Ipsos should fear an incompetent employee making them look so bad.

If I could give no stars, I would. We had a cold call today even though we have a No Cold Calling sign on our door!! This should have been respected. Her query was regarding listening to the radio (apparently) & despite being told we don't she persisted in asking a lot of personal questions of my husband. He is too polite to refuse but I am not & I told her to stop and go away. She tried to justify her actions by telling us Ipsos works for the government, the BBC & commercial radio stations. I told her that in that case what she asked for was none of their's, or her's business. She then left.

Sent me a letter asking me to complete a survey online regarding TV viewing habits for a company called Barb. Did a check on ipsos first and found they had a bad reputation on trustpilot so I proceeded with caution. However, after answering a few questions it became clear the survey was becoming very intrusive and no they can't have my phone number or email address, I don't want bombarding with spam thank you. I abandoned the survey part way through, seems like they want my entire life history.

Cold calling on my mobile phone when I asked where they had got my number and the caller to identify themself was spoken to in a rude way and hung up on.

La donna, sembrava dire ripetutamente di essere dell'inps, mi ha chiamata per nome e cognome e di essere del distretto 1. Ho capito che era di ipsos solo quando ho visto una stampa . Dovevo stare li 10 min (e basta) con un bambino piccolo in braccio che urlava. Quando le ho detto che non posso stare li si e' guardata intorno ed e' letteralmente scappata con l'auto. Vorrei conferma da parte vostra se e' pratica comune

Received a letter saying that i had been chosen to take part in a survey and some one would visit my home in the next week. I tried to opt out, but the details on the form would not work. A few days later a guy chapped my door at 7.30pm, while my family were eating dinner. I told him that it was not an appropriate time, and he seemed annoyed. He asked if he could come back at the weekend and I said I didn't want to do it. He said it would only take 20 mins, and it was in relation to the local council services, so I agreed to take part and booked an appointment for saturday morning @ 9.30am. The guy turned up 25 mins late, with no communication to say he would be late, or apology for turning up late. The survey took about an hour, and not 20 mins that he had previously indicated. He kept on saying just one more section to go, but that turned out not to be true either. I asked him to remove my details from their database, as I would not do any more surveys for his company, and felt that everything had been done underhand.
