Ipsos is truly a corrupt and dishonest organization. I spent two weeks completing per their guidelines an Ipsos Diary App beverage study. It ended Tuesday, October 7, 2024. I have all my documentation such as the assigned QR, user name and assigned password. I have not received my promised payment as of Tuesday, October 29th. I have emailed the various email addresses including the one within the invitation email, the support diary email address and the incentive logic email. I received automated responses to request for the same information I mentioned above. At this point, I think they may have blocked me. I have been patient, respectful and provided the information so they can verify. I will NEVER do another study associated with this company. I do not want anyone else to waste their precious time downloading their diary app and completing a detailed two week survey only to be defrauded. I also emailed their corporate office in Manhattan and no response. May they end up like Enron.

Horrible ! J'ai fait 10missions pour eux, et pensant que j'allais pouvoir combler les fins de mois. Résultat j'ai dépenser 100chf en tout pour réalisé toute les missions et ils refusent de me payer et me rembourser ! Ne tombez pas dans le piège ! C'est une grosse arnaque !

Do not ever agreed to do anything with ipsos, I did everything in good faith and then all of a sudden I got a notice about 3 weeks ago that my account was being terminated for no good reasons at all and I still had 3, 760 points which amount to $37 and they refuse to let me cash them in for gift cards so basically they are thieves and cannot be trusted ever ever again do not waste your time there are many better survey companies out there especially nomadic surveys.

Ipsos has fought tooth and nail not to provide two promised £5 vouchers for two of us who completed a faulty survey. It has been an amusing pastime to see the lengths to which they will go to avoid honouring a promise. The survey (started in June for Sport England) had a fault and would not allow the first of us to proceed, so Ipsos sent a paper copy for the second person to complete, but signed my aborted on line submission as 'complete' even though I'd only got half way through. No vouchers arrived in the post. Over the months, I have been told variously that the vouchers had been sent, so I must have missed them in my inbox; that a voucher takes 8 weeks to process; that they had been sent again; then that they had no record of my participation - demands for further screenshots. I sent a photo of their letter saying 'thank you for completing the survey'. Now they have told me to log back in with with a code that months ago they said they could not provide to redo the survey and guess what, the same glitch that I had alerted them to four months ago has recurred. So far we have received one voucher - with a hole in it.

Jag har godtroget svarat på Ipsos enkäter, under flera år, och fick för mig att belöna mig med en trisslott. Jag fick en länk som inte var giltig. Jag har kontaktat Ipsos vid tre tillfällen och ingen kan ta emot mitt samtal eller ringer upp. Gör något bättre av din tid än att delta i deras enkäter.

Refus de valider un audit dans une station service parce que l'employé qui était nouveau dans la station a refusé de signer la lettre de mission car il était seul et ne comprenait pas ce que c'était et que je l'ai bien expliqué dans le questionnaire. Donc je me suis déplacée de loin et réalisé ma mission conformément au scénario bénévolement, ce qui est illégal. Il n'y a aucune raison pour que le temps passé pour ce travail ne soit pas payé, pour quelque chose dont je ne suis pas responsable.

j ai fait des enquetes sur ipsos depuis decembre 2023, quelques fois les points ne sont pas inscrit sur le compte, des fois les interfaces ne marchent pas tres bien... Tu peux passer 15mn sur un enquete et tu ne reçevra que 3 points... sans raisons, alors que tu fais toujours de ton max pour etre franc et correct. Il y a quelque jours je ne pouvais plus acceder aux enquetes... sans raisons valables egalement... des "probablement " et des "peut etre"... sur la localisation et machin. Pas credible Je DECONSEILLE VRAIMENT SI VOUS VOULEZ L'ESSAYER... c'est maintenant que je me rends compte pourquoi c'est mal noté partout...a bon entendeur
