Disappointing Experience – Bias, Poor Communication & Unprofessional Conduct
I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Ipsos New Zealand’s mystery shopping service. Despite meeting all stated criteria and having **over 15 years of experience**, I have consistently encountered **biased selection practices**, tasks being assigned and revoked without justification, and **severe delays in communication**. It has become increasingly clear that **evaluators are not chosen based on merit**, but rather through a selective and unfair process. Ipsos also fails to **properly acknowledge errors**, disregards feedback, and **assigns tasks at inadequate incentives** without considering evaluators’ input. Furthermore, professional standards are lacking, with **dismissive and coercive responses** from certain representatives. For a company of Ipsos’s stature, **transparency and fairness should be a priority**, yet they continue to fall short. If you value **honest selection, reasonable compensation, and professional communication**, I strongly **advise looking elsewhere** for mystery shopping opportunities.
