After waiting a long time to receive my voucher I contacted them and finally a £5 voucher was sent by email. When I tried to redeem the voucher it was below the minimum requirement of £10 so I am unable to cash it in. Avoid this as it is clearly a scam and I am extremely disappointed if Ipsos are genuinely connected to the Department of Transport.

Depuis janvier 2024 j'avais pour habitude de répondre aux sondages qui concernent l'envoi de colis. Sondage intitulé "Tout sur mon colis". Il faut simplement déclarer le nombre de colis envoyés ou reçus chaque semaine et en échange on reçoit des points qui sont ensuite échangeables contre des chèques cadeaux Amazon. Tout marchait très bien, mais depuis plus d'un mois (voir deux mois...) il n'y a plus aucune récompense de disponible. J'ai donc envoyé 2 mails pour savoir quand est-ce qu'il y aura de nouvelles récompenses. Ca fait maintenant plus de deux mois que les mails ont été envoyés et à ce jour le 11/06/2025 je n'ai toujours reçu aucune réponse reçue de leur part ! Tant qu'aucune récompense ne sera à nouveau disponible, je ne répondrai plus à aucun sondage d'Ipsos !

I am so mad. I have been doing their surveys for years. Now I tried to redeem 2 $25 Amazon gift cards, they deducted my points and never gave me the cards. No answer to my numerous emails.

Keep getting harassed everyday by this company. Multiple times a day during when the National Student survey is open. Once everyday after that. every year I can to send a complaint to stop harrassing me. Such an awful “research” company.

Sono un mystery esperto con decine di feedback fatti su altre piattaforme. Fatto 3 feedback qui, tutti e tre rifiutati e non pagati per banalita', ma loro i feedback se li son tenuti e non mi hanno pagato, manco i rimborsi concordati! In piu' in fase di registrazione ti chiefono centinaia di dati semsibili e ti danno 0 in cambio. Chiedo a societa' madre Ipsos, societa' serissima in ambito statistico, di fare chiarezza, perche' il suo nome sta finendo nel fango!
