Ipsos has always been a good company to do surveys with however since joining their iris program and earning $25 a month, there have been no e-gift cards to even redeem! I was contacted by staff advising they're adding them back on as they're sold out although it's been a month or so and still nothing but uber ones... with a vehicle I don't need an uber e-gift card. Hoping they restock asap as I've accumulated over 2 months of points that I'd like to use during these tough times with living cost increase. Edit: e-gift cards have been topped up so I'll lift the rating to 4. Overall I'm happy as I've sent two emails relating to this situation on low stock of rewards and they came through with their own digital card where we can exchange them for a number of different stores etc.. thanks Ipsos!

An update Ipsos have corrected the problem and returned the point for the invalid e voucher. Thank you. This is something that has happened for the first time, i was with i-say for years. It looks like ipsos replies are just computer generated as I have sent 6!!! message to ipsos yesterday on their website and they do not reply. So the reply to my previous review on here was pointless and unhelpful. It seem you are sending used E gift card quite often as seen in the reviews.

I had the same problem with Woolworths $20 eGift Card - four numbers missing and I went on the Woolworths online Gift card site and chatted online and found out that the final 13 numbers of the online card are the numbers for the in-store card. Hope this helps Michelle.

I’ve been registered for Ipsos Iris for about a year now, you have to install a VPN on all your devices. I receive vouchers every month which I can redeem on a partner site which is good. I don’t get much, maybe £100 a year for taking part. The only issues I have is the VPN interferes with my internet sometimes, I have to disable it to use work apps as our work IT security sees the VPN as something dodgy and blocks it. Also I have variable WIFI at home so it takes longer to connect to WiFi as I have to wait for the VPN to connect. Even more annoying, some video sites I can’t watch the films they never load, I turn off the VPN and then they work. I have told Ipsos many times about this but the usual dumb ass tech support never listen and don’t understand.

I have only had an occasional issue with this company and have generally found the rewards to be paid pretty quickly.

I never received a reward voucher which was due after filling in a daily survey. After contacting Ipsos who said they had sent me the on line voucher which I never received they issued me with a fresh one within a couple of days. They have always honoured their commitment. I have been in their panel many years and find them very trustworthy and would recommend them,

I have recently had a great interaction with this organisation in which it appeared that my information was perhaps being used to scam/spoof. I quickly contacted their customer service system and it was dealt with in an extremely quick and professional manner. I felt like my queries were valued and that their team is honest and trustworthy.
