Yes I endured a face to face survey that was prolonged and wearisome but I was too polite to ask if it was going to take much longer so my advice is do not let them in. As a couple we were promised two £10 Amazon vouchers which I would have donated to charity but they never materialised. Do they place any value on a trustworthy reputation ? Possibly not.

Completed a 3 day diary for one of their client, a well known Canadian institution, and several MONTHS I have been trying to contact them, through 3 different e-mails including the ones responsible for this study. They ignore e-mails and they have failed to pay incentives for service rendered, therefore I am going to take legal actions against the company for fraudulent misrepresentation and failure to provide incentive for service rendered as per their written agreement, which is legally binding. I will contact their client and expose this as well. Meanwhile to those who want to join or for suppliers or GPT sites, I advise strong caution when dealing with this company, they are extremely deceptive.
