IpsosReviews of ipsos.com

Absolutely scam. Did surveys from ipsos and more than once disqualified in the middle of survey. They don't give credit for the time spent for answering their survey, not a single cent. Better close your tab when you see ipsos on address bar.

All seemed good at first. After I'd reached enough points to get £5 in vouchers I kept going and got to just under £10. Then the surveys stopped. I thought no problem I'll just cash in the £5. It wouldn't let me. I messaged them through their website and they emailed stating the vouchers were in stock but offered no support. You can't reply to them so I had to fill in another form online reiterating I couldn't redeem my points. They replied saying they had decided to terminate my account. I can only conclude this is therefore a scam.

This organization offers paid mystery shopping assignments, but in my experience the level of detail and documentation required makes the effective hourly rate extremely low, below minimum wage once you factor in travel time and reporting. Be aware that if any required item is missed, they may void the report and withhold payment. Given the amount of work involved, that creates significant risk for the shopper. I would strongly encourage anyone considering these assignments to carefully review the requirements and time commitment before accepting. Make sure the compensation aligns with the effort expected. Proceed with caution. Or better avoid at all costs.

Very upset by the tone and questioning of an Ipsos survey request, an unwanted phone call out of the blue which I agreed to do out of feeling it might be of use and because I do YouGov surveys online. I hadn't read reviews - wish I had - but questions turned out to be very intrusive and very complicated. They did not tell me who the survey was for nor what it was about. I was broken by the end of it, they had pried so much into my earlier life, they ought not to be allowed to conduct surveys in this way out of a surprise ambush. If they'd told me what it was about, I would have refused. I would have also liked to know what is was for. The phone questioner was difficult to understand and reeled off so many possible answers it was hard to decide on one and be accurate. And as for a reward, like other reviews have mentioned, that was never explained. Luckily I was so angry at the end of the interview I requested they never contact me again. Hope that works. Dreadful.

Hallo.

Wish I'd read the reviews here before participating in anything ipsos promotes or promises. I have now taken part in two such programmes and both times was told that my data had not been properly received, which I believe is BS. I completed surveys and installed the app correctly, but was subsequently informed at the end of the trial that no data was received. Very suspect and I believe they take your data with the promise of a voucher or cash and never provide the incentive. I would advise anyone not to install any ipsos-related apps or take part in their programmes. If they were legit, surely they would have a better rating here. Proceed at your own risk.
