Knows product well.
We chose to use I-Promo as we did before. Even though others would match prices etc. The product arrived in record time and was accurate to our instructions.

great customer service and great product!
I ordered USB drives with imprint, and received them in record time. They are professional-looking and good quality. Throughout the entire process, from an initial request for price quote, through some vascillation of what and how much to get, and finally with purchase and shipping, iPromo's customer service was superior. They were attentive, patient, and accommodating without being pushy.

Fast, friendly, accurate
Customer service is super fast and friendly. Fast quotes and efficient proofing process. Short lead times and product delivered as specified. Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful Customer Service. Couldn't ask for more!
I worked with James on my orders and he was wonderful to work with. Very attentive and quick to respond. We were very happy with first order but had a problem with our second and they were very quick to correct it and take care of it. Will definitely do business with them again. Very enjoyable experience!
