Dear Ipromo team, It has taken me much too long to say what a brilliant job Jacob Epstein did with an order I placed for mugs, caps, tote bags and chargers for my class reunion held last month. Jacob not only helped Mr with selection and advised me about color choices but had your artist sharpen tbe image I sent. Everything came out beautifully, arrived well ahead of time and in perfect condition. My classmates were thrilled. I also have to give a shout out to Elizabeth Mendoza, Mr. Epstein's colleague, who helped with the final delivery stretch while Mr. Epstein was on vacation. Well done!
