I have worked with Daniel Pike at iPromo for the past three years. Daniel's attention to my orders makes me feel as though I am his only customer, though I know that he is very busy. The timelines are quicker and the prices better than any other supplier I have found, and many of my coworkers have begun ordering from him, too. iPromo was quickly added to the approved vendor list by our state agency when the quality, value, and quick turnaround times of their products and service became apparent. I do and will continue to recommend iPromo, and specifically, Daniel, to anyone needing promotional products.

After submitting an inquiry online for a price quote an iPromo rep contacted me almost immediately by phone to discuss my needs. The representative was professional and courteous. He clearly explained their process and agreed to send me a price quote via email with several different product options. The email arrived within 15 minutes of our conversation. As a consumer I had also placed inquiries with several other companies who offered the same product to determine best value. They too were quick to respond but not as helpful or informative as iPromo. In addition, iPromo was interested in hearing about other estimates/quotes I had received from other companies. After communicating all competitors information to iPromo they were able to match the competitor's price AND create a better outcome by offering free shipping PLUS waive any additional fees typically charged when adding logo/website information to the product. Needless to say I was very impressed with the product (received ahead of schedule), speedy-professional service and willingness to beat competitor's prices. Thank you iPromo!

I received a very quick response from the website query, providing me a detailed cost estimate and answering any of my questions. After forwarding the art work, the mock up was done within hours. We agreed to proceed. The next day I believe I received the real image on the jump stick for approval. Approved it and I think the finished product was at our door within a couple days. All of this, from start to finish took maybe a week. You people do not fool around! At the America time I sent art work to T-shirt printer and I've yet to hear back from them! Whatever you are doing keep it up.

This company is awesome, fast, and reliable. I ordered 100 flash drives with my companies logo on them. I had them within 5 days. I was able to see a preview of what they would look like before I purchased them. No hassel, no problems. Jason Mitan was very helpful and got the job done.
