Great Service! Great Products!
I recently made my third order through i-Promo. I have never had any problems with any part of the process. The rep is responsive and keeps me posted every step of the way. Product is delivered as promised with no damage. Products have never failed to perform as expected. Great Service! Great Products.

Great service, great product
James Allen our sales rep was very helpful and responsive. He got us a quote within minutes and a sample within a couple of hours. We placed the order and had the flash drives within 3 days. We are extremely pleased. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Superior Customer Service!
I had the pleasure of doing business with Michael Engle as we ordered 200 bracelet flash drives. He was very friendly and professional and that is alo to be said as I deal with many customer servce representatives on a daily basis, and do not receive the superior service that Michael provided. We also received the bracelets in record time.Thanks a million!

Came through in a time crunch to save the day
I was in a pinch for a quick turnaround product. My original request was not possible in the short time frame I was requesting of them, but in the same email where she politely broke the news, Denise had sent me several options that could be completed by my unreasonable deadline. The process was smooth and the results were amazing!

Excellent service & quality continues from a repeat customer
I only need custom USB drives about twice a year, but I've been ordering with Dan Pike for a few years now because he, and iPromo, are great. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I'll always work with Dan. Shipping is quick, they work with my tight deadlines, file upload for data preload on the drives is simple, prices are good, options are good. I only have good things to say!
