iPromoReviews of ipromo.com

My experience with iPromo was a good experience. Alex was prompt with the quote and patience to wait on my reply. I received an email to assure me that the price quoted was still valid. The finish product was exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

I am very happy to have found ipromo.com, the end product is really nice and elegant, ipromo.com staff are easily reachable and great at capturing your ideas. I can’t think of a better wedding gift then beautiful shiny silver usb KEYS with engraved dates and even a little picture of groom and bride on it. A million thanks.

Very good service

This is actually the second order that we've placed with ipromo. The customer service is definitely top notch. If I couldn't find the exact product I was looking for from the online catalog, the customer service representative went out of his way to help me get what I was looking for. We have also been impressed with the quality of the products we have received. Definitely met our expectations and were delivered in a timely manner. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend ipromo's services!

About 2 1/2 weeks ago I sent an e-mail off to our Account Manager at IPromo, Andrew, letting him know that we were looking to make a USB Drive order similar to our previous order which we made a little over a year ago. However, this time we wanted to possibly get more memory and also wanting to know if there were currently any specials, promos, or deals that would apply to our order. Andrew was extremely helpful and got back to me right away with options and quotes. Of the options, I was excited to see that there was a current promo going on for free upgrade of memory and was able to get a good deal on purchasing x100 8GB Customized USB Drives, which last year we passed on due to lack of specials/promos. After completing the order I then received an e-mail with the shipping info and receipt from Andrew. Lastly, to continue with the fast and excellent service within a week we received our shipment of USB drives ready for use! Thanks and keep up with the great service!

Although there were some bumps in the road during my ordering process. The issues were quickly resolved, I got a great deal plus an unexpected discount, so overall it was a good experience.

We worked with Andrew- he was very prompt in his responses, and eager to find something that was going to work for us. We will be in contact with him when it's time to re-order.

Greetings Programs! I had a pleasant experience purchasing my product recently with that company that does business online and allocates the production of said product to China. Alex the email guy was quick to email and remind me of a item they were selling that I was only generally moderately interested in. I pulled the trigger and am happy with my purchase. The email guy was very kind and made suggestions on my color palate on the product due to a possible clash of my ink colors. I wasn't insulted having spent 5 years at college studying graphic design, I simply agreed with his suggestions out of common professional courtesy. Did I ever tell you about the time I tied an onion to my belt, it was the style of the time. - End of Line
