iPromoReviews of ipromo.com

I have used this company for a special item order for the past 3 years and they continually meet every expectation I have, with such efficiency! The sales person I use is Eric Nichols and the client service rep, Tina Schmitt both ROCK! Grateful for such great care! Thanks! Debbie in Katy TX.

I ordered 50 personalized thumb drives for my company, and they arrived on-schedule and looked great.

The company is easy to work with. They listened to what I had to say and worked quickly to fulfill my desires. I always had a quick response to questions and was very satisfied with the end product. I feel like I got a good quality product in a fair time frame.

From the time I contacted them to placing the order to receiving my order, iPromo was professional, friendly, and prompt.

We had a few issues with the resolution of our logo. Tina was relentless in making sure that the graphic people got it perfect and everything was to my specifications. She was a really big help and her friendly and consistent updates made me trust that I was going to receive a perfect outcome. We got the flash drives on time and they were even better than the pictures I was sent! Great job!

Within an hr of emailing iPromo, I received an email from a sales rep. He already had a mockup of the item for review. After a couple of mockups, it took on our end 2 wks to place order. Once ordered, they delivered fast with a great product.

Ipromo delivered prompt service. Andrew was very helpful with the order...

They go out of their way to make the job easy.
