Good experience
I placed an on line quote request with iPromo twice but never heard from anyone so I called. I spoke with Danielle Kay who noticed my request had been placed with someone who was no longer with the company (probably the representative that handled our initial order). Once I spoke with Danielle, the experience was great. She took over and after the contract was signed, we had our order in a week. Can't beat that for service.

Good Service with quick answer!
First we had little problem with delivery and after some problem with the flash drive, but after they were very responsive and gave us a very good service for reparation and to meet the client needs. I will not hesitate request their service again!

great value
Thank you for the speedy delivery of the 300 flash drives with Department of Education's logo - they are smart looking little gadgets. However - we did NOT receive the FREE key rings and chains as promised in the quote from Rada Baye. I look forward to receiving the rest of this order - and doing business with you again. Sincerely

iPromo is our go-to for USB flash drives!
We always go to iPromo when we need custom flash drives - great prices and super-quick service. Would have been a 5-star order if one of the flats of drives hadn't been improperly packaged - 7 of the 200 drives we ordered arrived with some of the logo scratched off because they had fallen out of the flat and were banging around in the box.

Great Service from Representative -- But Product Defective
Leon and his partner were wonderful to work with; however, it seems no one performed a quality check on the items sent to us. It has caused us difficulty to assemble enough working power banks to distribute at the upcoming conference in Washington, D.C. starting in two days. The primary reason we ordered these units
