iPromoReviews of ipromo.com

Great customer service from the assistance received. From the date we placed our order, we received our product in an unexpected timing. This is the third time we have used ipromo and we will continue to use them when we need to order flash drives again because of the excellent service we received.

my sales rep was responsive and knowledgeable. product looked and performed great and arrived fast.

We had ordered USBs from iPROMO previously and thought we would try them again. We were NOT disappointed! The process was super easy. I went to the website, put in what I wanted and waited to hear back from them for a quote. I got a quote almost instantly. Then I started talking with a sales rep, Dan, who was wonderful. He made sure I had everything I needed and checked in with me to make sure everything was fine. Once we were ready to order, all I had to do was say so. I got our final quote, accepted it and was told that I would have them in hand in 2 weeks time. It didn't take 2 weeks time. It took not even a week after the final quote and we had our USBs in hand! When we need more we will certainly be going with iPROMO again!

IPromo is easy to work with on any order. The customer service was fast and friendly (thank you Rada). They were able to put me in touch with great vendors when they were unable to help me out. Their prices are competitive and they made billing easy.

Thank you, iPromo, for meeting and even exceeding your commitment to quality and service.

Price is fair, order follow up is excellent, product delivered as promised and, better yet, before the due date.

Received quotes from multiple companies; iPromo not only came in as the lowest bidder, they also delivered excellent customer service with an astonishingly fast turnaround time. Were very pleasant and easy to work with. I am very happy with the results and plan to use them again.

I received a "junk" email from iPromo just at the right time. I don't usually open these emails but it referenced ordering Flash Drives which I was in the process of doing for an upcoming Conference. I completed the questionnaire and was contacted by iPromo Account Manager Denise immediately. From that moment on Denise and I talked via phone and through email. She was AMAZING and helped us with our needs, design and best pricing available! I will definitely go back to iPromo every chance I get and YOU should too! Thank you Denise, you are a great asset to iPromo and they should be proud to have you!!!
