iPromoReviews of ipromo.com

i purchased personalized flash drives with ipromo a year ago. the sales person helped me design them and was very patient with all my edits. the price was within my budget and i was delivered exactly what i had hoped for. when i recently reordered. it took less than 5 minutes to receive a response via email and within 15 minutes, i had gotten all my pricing options and selected, signed and paid for another round of flash drives. i love the professionalism and the efficiency.

I recently ordered a large number of USB drives with preloaded material for a conference, and was extremely pleased with iPromo's service and quality. My customer service representative responded to emails incredibly quickly, and was always available over the phone if I had a question. I ended up sending in the material for preloading on the last day possible to do it, yet they had a really short turn-around time, and the USB drives arrived a few days early. They're branded on both sides and colored, and are really beautiful! All the information is there as well. I will definitely use iPromo in the future.

I could not have better service when ordering the flash drives. Very reliable and fast service.

iPromo worked with me to create exactly what I wanted within the short time frame we had to complete the project. They were very amenable and helpful. The step-by-step process ensured a quality product and we were very satisfied with the end result.

I work for a non-profit and we do not have a lot of money to play with. We really needed flash drives to put training materials on for our volunteer attorneys. I did a lot of research to find the best prices. iPromo had the best prices by far that I could find for what we were looking for. Not only that, the customer service was fantastic. Mike was in touch with me the entire process and worked to help get the best graphic and price. The item was received very quickly after ordering and well before we needed it. I was very impressed with iPromo and will definitely be using them again for any of our foundation needs.

Always get my quotes very quickly, with competitive pricing, excellant customer support, very few issues, only exception is that sometimes we get 2 to 3% non functioning USB's.

I received excellent hands on customer service from Rada Baye. My order was processed in a very timely manner and the quality of the product far exceeded my expectations. The product also arrived ahead of scheduled. I am very pleased with the service and the product.

Timely, professional, quality product
