iPromoReviews of ipromo.com

This was my first experience in ordering promotional material for my small business. Michael Engal was extremely professional and patient with me. Though I suspect I am a very small client, I was treated as a very important client.

Responded to requests and quotes very quickly. Fast and curtious customer service. I am a returning customer and will certainly continue doing business with iPromo.

We ordered 2 GB flash drives to send home with customers. The ordering process was simple, asked for a quote online, got it within 24 hours including a sample with our logo on it. We a minor change in color and within a week we got the product. We couldn't be more plesed.

Quick replies on every question. Good product delivered on as stated and on time.

I called this company to order jump drives with our business logo. I felt I could not afford to have our information etched but knew the printing paint wears off quickly but thought I would get a quote anyway. I have been give jump drives with company logos in the past and the printing always wore off within a few weeks. I do not know what company they were ordered from. I was told there would no extra charged for etching! I worked with Leon to place my order. I sent in my artwork and was sent the proof all within a matter of hours. Perfect on the first try! I placed my order and within a week I was sent the tracking number. The drives arrived right on time. When I inspected them, I found the etching to be subtle but obvious and it won't wear off. They are perfect for my needs. Leon was so polite and professional, answered all my questions and made my vision come true! I cannot give enough praises to this company!

My contact, Adam Fishman, was very helpful every step of the way. This was my first time ordering here and I was VERY impressed with the service, pricing and quality. My boss absolutely loved the USB's he received and we will surely be ordering again soon.

Friendly service - great products.

Finding ipromo on the web was like stumbling on to a pot of gold. Met and exceeded my customer's rush need. The only bad thing is they set the bar very high, but I will not hesitate to call Danielle again when the need arises.
