Kay
I love the cut-in-relief wood map case and I was SO happy at the detailed instructions--but somehow I missed that I should put the glass protector on top-down and I put it on bottom-up and the oval opening at the top is off-center to the two iPhone camera/lighting/sound holes, and covers them, alas. I do not have the courage to take it off and try to re-do it since I don't know if I need to take the case off, too. Otherwise, this case is really great!

Thank you Kay for your feedback. Placing the screen protector on your phone can be tricky. We try to place directions on how to install it and have a short video on youtube under iProductsUS on how to install it. Please contact us if we can help further and we are glad that you like your new case!
