Peers and AI-generated “partners” feel designed to trigger biggest issues and fears. It’s literally training for how to manipulate people, taught by spending your own money so they can manipulate you. Some peer mentors appear to be deep fakes. Remember there’s no HIPPA privacy if your workplace bully is busy acting as your peer mentor. Also this “training” is a dog whistle for being a problem employer. Pay a therapist, not these clowns.

My experience with iPEC has been truly transformative. From the very beginning, the training went far beyond learning coaching techniques—it became a journey of self-discovery, growth, and personal transformation. The iPEC curriculum provided me with powerful tools, frameworks and a deeper understanding of the coaching process. What stood out most was the emphasis on being a coach who creates lasting impact by supporting clients access their own awareness, wisdom and potential. The quality of the training, the support of the faculty and the community of coaches made this experience incredibly meaningful. I walked away not only with stronger coaching skills but with a renewed sense of purpose and a clear vision for the kind of coach I wanted to be. I am deeply grateful for the experience and proud to be part of the iPEC coaching community.

I completed my coach training with iPEC in January 2020, and it gave me an excellent foundation for developing the skills and mindset of coaching. What has impressed me even more is that the support doesn't end at graduation. iPEC continues to invest in its graduates through ongoing educational webinars, advanced training opportunities, and meaningful ways to stay connected with the coaching community. The principles I learned have not only made me a better coach—they've fundamentally changed how I see the world. When I enrolled in the program, I had no intention of leaving my job or starting a coaching business. But through the training, the conversations, and the deep self-reflection, I realized I had far more potential than I had imagined. That realization ultimately led me to become an entrepreneur. I won't pretend the journey has been easy, but I can confidently say that iPEC launched me into a world of possibilities I never would have seen otherwise.

This was a life-changing experience. The faculty and curriculum are top-notch. This program teaches all technical aspects of life and executive coaching, along with providing practical tools and a proprietary framework unlike anything I've ever been introduced to. The program takes you on a transformative journey, and during the process, you are learning how to take your future clients and team members on that same journey. The program has had an incredible impact on me, personally, and everyone in my ecosystem - friends, spouse, children, etc.

It’s unfortunate that I feel into this trap and hope that others will see this and do their own research. iPEC is not true to their mission statement or supposed teachings when it comes to their business practices. It’s really unfortunate and I am sad to be writing this. Stay away and get your coaching education from a company that lives by its “values”.

My experience with iPEC’s Coaching training and administrative help was terrible. Do not go to iPEC! It costs wayyy too much for the support you get. The hours you need between training are with peers and frankly everyone is new and we are supposed to critique our peers coaching session. I honestly did not know enough to properly critique my peer. You also get 30 minute sessions with an accredited coach 3 times thoughout the training. They shove a ton of information in 3 days for 10 hrs a day. It’s too much too fast for the amount you’re paying. I had a traumatic experience during the second module that left me with thoughts of suicide and feeling horrible about myself. When I reached out to iPEC and asked if they had support for this I was told no. The iPEC Coach from Mod 2 kept taking me back to my past while he was coaching me. They are not therapists and are not equipped to handle the outcome of this kind of trauma. That is exactly what they tell you not to do. During Module 3, I mentioned how Module 2 left me and I did not want to be coached infront of the class by the iPEC Coach and another student said he had a similar experience. I also reached out to iPEC because the peer they chose kept canceling on me. I wanted another peer because I was running behind in my hrs. I was told by an iPEC administrator that it sounds like something I should be coached on. He did not give me annother peer. After several more weeks of cancellations by my peer I emailed iPEC again and was told the same. This is something you should be coached on. After the next cancellation I demanded I get another peer or I want some money back because I am not getting the training I paid for. Only then was I told to find my own peer and let him know who I chose so he could change the name in my portal. Bottom line is that iPEC doesn’t really care about people. They just want your money. I asked for some kind of refund and was told no. Emotionally I cannot finish the coarse and wasted $12,000. Btw.. that price is with discounts!!!! I paid in 2 payments and did a few other things to get it knocked down. They started at $21 or $20,000!!! I believe that are scammers and it’s all about money.

Missed a delivery. No proof that the Driver even made it to my apartment. Phoned Ipec, spoke to a customer service nice gentleman, who told me it was in a depot for pick up (by me in Hazelmere which is almost an hour's drive from South Fremantle). Absolute joke. The customer service officer then assured me it would get redelivered with special instructions attached. Nope, same thing happened!! First of all, the shipping charges were outrageous! almost $100 for a lamp base that is barely a foot tall and 2 cushion covers. Disgraceful!! Finally got told where it was after putting me through unnecessary stress and wasting my time.

Excellence training and qualitative and in-depth program for anyone willing to be a qualified and well-versed Coach. The program offers 3 certifications in one including a personalised Leadership assessment review the clients can highly benefit from. Going really to the COR.E and roots of what is preventing the clients to reach his own definition of success, the IPEC enables to have a really intensive understanding of what it is needed to serve and empowers the clients best. I did other coaching certification and can only attest from the excellence of this institution.
