Avoid Harry at ipaku.com in Sacramento if you are a small business. I reached out on August 31, for a quote on 5 different custom 2-inch tuck-bottom mini boxes. Despite providing ready-to-print artwork, exact measurements, mock-ups, and a video detailing our five styles, the service was terrible. During our first call, Harry was totally distracted. Two days later, he asked me to re-explain the entire project because he had been off work and hadn't reviewed his notes. I sent everything over a second time, and now he has completely ghosted us. We moved our business to a supplier who cares and purchased our 500 boxes elsewhere during the time we waited to hear back from Harry. We are not a big company like Twitch or Google, and I think that’s why Harry and ipaku.com don’t support small local vendors.

We ordered envelopes that were self-stealing, but they arrived without any adhesive. They mailed me double-sided tape for me to do it myself for the hundreds of envelopes. They then told me to mail it all to them and they would do it. They added some tape, but not on the point so the flap is loose and catches - done so recklessly and poorly that I can't use this for my work. I'm throwing the envelopes away. We also ordered standard 8 1/2 x 1 paper, but it was cut to the wrong size both length and width. I sent it back - we will see what gets returned - I don't have much hope.

Asking for a rush order quote. Took many emails back and forth, when Jessica Smith finally admitted they couldn't do a rush. After that she sent me 4 weird emails judging me and telling me to calm down. She was disparaging my project and my response. Totally weird.
